Hello there! We're excited to announce openings for 1099 contract cleaners at our brand-new, upscale 16-room hotel nestled in downtown Grand Junction! If you thrive in a flexible work environment and have a knack for keeping things spick and span, we'd love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidates will have the flexibility to work within the hours of 10 AM to 3 PM and weekends, ensuring our guests experience the utmost comfort and cleanliness during their stay. It's essential that all applicants have liability insurance to uphold our commitment to safety and quality service.

Pay: We pay per room. averages out to $20 / hour

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while performing job duties
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices and procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on guest needs and hotel occupancy levels
- Good physical stamina, as this position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
